Ariguanabense athlete in the Cuba baseball team
The prominent and promising left-hander from San Antonio de los Baños, Julio Cesar Robaina, joined the Cuba youth team that will attend the Pan American Championship of discipline in Mexico.
The ariguanabense won the right to be in
the team after an excellent pitching work during the preparation of the screening held in Ciego de Avila, where he achieved an earned run average of (1.88) and the average speed was always around the 87 and 88 miles per hour.
Robaina is an athlete of the Provincial and National Baseball Commission for his results of high performance, along with a strong discipline in training and innate physical qualities that allow him to be a pitcher with big aspirations in the Cuban baseball.

The Los Cuenteros Puppet Theater Company celebrated its 50th anniversary this November 19 at the Museum of Humor, located in San Antonio de los Baños, with the exhibition ''Fifty years telling stories''. The exhibition shows photographs, puppets and costumes used by Los Cuenteros in various performances since 1969.
