Renowned Cuban baseball players defect in the Dominican Republic

Cuban baseball players and brothers Yuliesky and Lourdes Gurriel defected in the Dominican Republic in early hours Monday.
The two players left the hotel hosting the Cuban team that participated at the 58th Caribbean Baseball Series, in the Dominican Republic, in an open self-delivery to rented and professional baseball traders.
The defection was immediately and strongly rejected by the members of the Cuban baseball team.
