For a better quality of services in Artemisa

Artemisa, Cuba – The specialists from the Administrative Region of the Cuban Telecommunication Company are working to improve services to the population.
The validation of the telecommunication centers in terms of the quality management system is part of the business strategies they are developing to achieve greater satisfaction of internal and external customers.
According to the words of Migdalis Cuenca Cabo, engineer specialist in quality management of the company in Artemisa, the project involves a range of activities in the provision of basic services such as improvements in the telephony including personal cells, public phone services and phone in houses, also the use of the internet and the sale of equipment and accessories.
The implementation of the project in the Center for Telecommunications of the municipality of San Cristóbal was one of the actions carried out to achieve this goal last year.
