
Artemisa, Cuba - Under the framework of the process “56 years conquering the future” that calls the Federation of Cuban Women (FMC) to strengthen the unity and the revolutionary commitment and increase their participation in the development of the country, in Güira de Melena the members of the organization established the main guidelines of work for 2016.
The Art Gallery Emilio Rivero Merlín of the territory was the space where were in session the representatives of the organization of the town, guided by Nilda Hernández González, provincial secretary of the FMC, and Marialis Castro Villafuerte, municipal secretary, who explained the main lines of work to continue in this process.
The meeting was aimed to explain that the main guidelines for 2016 are referred to the strengthening, growth and integration of young women in the organization, especially integrating and holding leadership positions as a method for an upcoming replace.
To end the exchange the members of the organization made a commitment to improve the functioning of the organization during the process in which they are immersed and which they will take to the rest of the community, in order to mark the importance of women in society.
