On the 55th anniversary of the foundation of your command, I congratulate you for the accomplishments achieved over this time period, during which you have honored the memory of the Bronze Titan, who precisely in this eastern territory wrote glorious chapters in the nation’s history.

Over the years your participation has been fundamental in confronting enemy aggression; preparing personnel; and strengthening the country’s defensive capacity and our conception of the People’s War. Equally exemplary has been your performance in the completion of internationalist missions, and the role you have undertaken supporting the population during natural catastrophes.
