Fraternal Meeting between Fidel and Evo

The historic leader of the Cuban Revolution, Fidel Castro, held on Saturday a friendly meeting with the President of the Pluri-national State of Bolivia, Evo Morales, at the end of his official visit to Cuba.
Fidel and Evo recalled momentous moments in the process of progressive integration of peoples in the region and the role particularly played by Hugo Chavez and Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner; they spoke about the growing ties of fraternity and cooperation between the two countries; held exchanges about the events taking place in Latin America, the imperialist efforts to reverse the political and social movement in the Americas, and warned about the very serious dangers threatening human existence.
The warm meeting was a new demonstration of the community of ideas existing between the two leaders, and of the sincere bonds of friendship and cooperation uniting Cuba and Bolivia, the land of the unredeemed Indians that thousands of years ago brought the first knowledge of medicine to the South American nation.
