Ethiopian FM to Arrive in Cuba

Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, will arrive in Cuba on Thursday afternoon on an official visit, reported the www.cubaminrex.cu Web site.
During his stay, the distinguished visitor will hold official talks with Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez, among other activities as part of their program.
In January, Kebede Gerba, Minister of State of the Ministry of Water, Irrigation and Energy of Ethiopia, accompanied by a delegation of top officials of that institution, paid a working visit to Cuba.
Cuba and Ethiopia established diplomatic relations on July 18, 1975. Teachers of technical and vocational education, coaches of volleyball, gymnastics, boxing and athletics, as well as many health professionals have offered their services in this nation located in the so-called Horn of Africa.
