U.S. Entrepreneurs to Attend Cuban Industry Convention
A representation of U.S. entrepreneurs will join other delegations from 27 countries to participate in the 2nd International Convention of the Cuban Industry (CubaIndustria-2016).
Adriana Barceló, managing director of Technology Management of the Ministry of Industry and vice-president of the meeting’s organizing committee, told reporters today that at the associated fair 10 companies with stands with products and services will be represented.
She informed that during the convention (June 20-24) business sections and exchanges with these officials will be held, in order to discuss possible cooperation agreements.
Also, a representation of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of the United Stated will visit the island, composed of U.S. Spanish-speaking businessmen who will come to explore the Cuban market.
Other personalities linked to the recycling and technological innovation sectors of that northern nation will attend the meeting, to which more than 400 foreigners and 600 thousand Cubans have confirmed their participation.
