Artemisa, Cuba - In the province of Artemisa 13 students and 2 guides will attend from 15 to 17 of July the National Assembly of the José Martí Pioneer Organization, which will be in session in the Cuban capital.

The representatives of the more than 30 000 members of the Pioneers organization in the territory, as part of their preparation toured different workplaces, visited historical and cultural sites and chatted with the main authorities of the province.

The president of the José Martí Pioneers Organization in Artemisa, Maidelyn Enríquez said the fulfilled the schedule activities planned prior to the event, where excelled the assembly process in the pioneers´ detachments and groups and the meeting between pioneers and their guides in the eleven municipalities of the province.

“We are the future”, will be the central idea of the National Assembly of the Pioneers which is motivated by the 55th anniversary of the organization and the 90th anniversary of the greater pioneer Fidel Castro, among other important historical events.
