Cuban boxing squad remains undefeated in Rio

Rio de Janeiro, Brazil- Cuban boxing remains unbeaten in the Olympic Games in Brazil when reaching its seventh victory through Robeisy Ramírez in the 56 kilograms division.
At Rio Centro Complex of this city, the London 2012 Olympic monarch in the 52 kilos got the win by unanimous decision (30-25, 30-27 and 30-27) over Indian Shiva Thapa.
Thus, Ramirez, winner of 11 WSB bouts, got his ticket to quarterfinals where he will face Mohamed Hamout, from Morocco, on the coming 14th.
The also Cuban Olympic champion in London, Roniel Iglesias (69), will debut today against Armenian Vladimir Margaryan.
In these 31st Olympic Games, Cuba has already secured two bronze medals through Joahnys Argilagos (49) and Erislandy Savon (91).
