The Cuban Institute of Aeronautics hosts the 88th meeting of the Executive Committee of Latin American Civil Aviation Commission (CLAC by its Spanish acronym) organization in which Cuba holds the second vice-presidency.

The meeting aims at boosting the efficient, sustainable, safe, orderly and harmonized Latin American air transportation for all travelers, and important personalities of this organization are expected to attend

This meeting is the last before the Assembly of the International Civil Aviation Organization, therefore the participants will discuss the region´s positions and everything related to the election of the members of its Council and the new President
