About 60.6 Percent of Ecuadorians Approve Government's Management

Quito - About 60.6 percent of Ecuadorians have described as good or very good the national government''s management of the country, according to Perfiles de Opinion pollster.
About 914 people were polled in the cities of Guayaquil, Quito and Cuenca, between July 30th and August 1st.
Other results state that nearly 65 percent approve of the performance of Vice President, Jorge Glass. For their part, about 45.6 percent describe as positive the work of the National Assembly and 11.3 percent considered it unfavorable.
As for vote, if general elections occurred today, about 32 percent of those polled said they were already decided.
Compared with the Decentralized Autonomous Municipal Governments, the management approval for Cuenca mayor, Marcelo Cabrera, is at 58 percent, while Quito mayor, Mauricio Rodas, is 47 percent.
