Renzi Promises Support to Families After Earthquake

Rome -The Prime Minister of Italy, Matteo Renzi, said that no family will be left alone after the earthquake of magnitude 6.0 on the Richter scale that took place on Wednesday in the center of the country, killing at least 38 people.
We will not leave anyone alone, no family. We have to start working, said Renzi at the seat of Government, also noting that the priority in the coming days will be the rescue of the survivors of the earthquake.
The Prime Minister appreciated the work of the rescuers and announced he will show up on Wednesday at the affected area.
According to initial estimates, the earthquake, which took place near Accumoli, in the province of Rieti, in the early morning hours, and which has had aftershocks, left dozens injured or missing and thousands homeless.
European governments expressed condolences for the consequences of the earthquake and offered material support to Italy.

The Los Cuenteros Puppet Theater Company celebrated its 50th anniversary this November 19 at the Museum of Humor, located in San Antonio de los Baños, with the exhibition ''Fifty years telling stories''.
