News Explosions Raise Alarm in US

Washington - The explosion of a bomb outside a train station in New Jersey today has raised the alarm among US citizens after similar incidents over the weekend in that state, New York and Minnesota.
Quoted by the newspaper The Hill, Elizabeth Mayor Christian Bollwage said that a suspicious device exploded outside a train station on Monday morning, while a homemade bomb blew up at Seaside Park on Saturday afternoon, although no one was injured.
The bomb was one of five devices that two men found in a garbage can and it exploded when it was manipulated.
There was another explosion in New York City later that day, when 29 people were injured, at a time when international public attention is focused on the Big Apple due to the beginning of the United Nations General Assembly, attended by heads of State and Government from all over the world.
