Havana Club with a New Image and Ready for US Market

Havana - The most famous Cuban rum Havana Club now has a new image for its line Siete Años and is ready to be sold in the United States, company executives revealed.

Directors of Havana Club International S.A. just presented a new image of their Anjou Siete Años, which leads the Super Premium category worldwide.

With a simple design, the new packaging this rum shows authenticity and masculinity, pointed out the vendors and manufacturers, while being a homage to the rum culture of this country and the knowledge of Rum Masters.

The new proposal evokes the shape of the bottles used in the early 20th century when the production of dark rums on the island began.

Yesterday, during the press conference, at the Havana's Rum Museum, they added the image is also in tune with the layout used internationally for packaging high-class rums.

The bottle now exhibits a carefully detailed label with multiple colors that reflect the vitality and richness of the natural elements involved in the product's elaboration process.

The Havana Club International S.A. company founded in November 1993 by the local corporation and producer Cuba Ron S.A, and the French group Pernod Ricard.

Since 1994, this Cuban rum is a prioritized brand of the French team. Havana Club is the third international rum brand in the world outside the United States, and worldwide leader of high quality rums.

The company, based in Havana, exports to over 120 countries and its executives declare to be ready to enter the US market (always dependent on the suspension of economic and trade restrictions from Washington against Havana).

Rum Master Navarro said is being planned the production of the Siete Años for 2030 and said the company is ready to enter the United States tomorrow if possible.

He also stressed that they have material to double the production and meet the demand of the northern country as soon as they accept its marketing.

In this regard, the CEO of Havana Club International, the French Jerome Cottin-Bizonne, said the Havana Club Siete Años is the best selling of its kind in the world. Each year they sell about 350,000 boxes, and the projection is to increase that figure.
