Venezuela to Spend 70 percent of the Budget on Social Programs

Caracas - President of Venezuela, Nicolas Maduro, said that 70 percent of the budget of 2017 will go to social programs of the Bolivarian Revolution, in order to guarantee the fundamental rights of the people.
