San Antonio de los Baños, Artemisa, Cuba - Medical Sciences in this municipality celebrates a new edition of the "Galenos Games". These sports activities take place at Julio Pérez Stadium as part of the program of November's actions.

The realization of these games is part of extracurricular activities and completes the comprehensive training of university students, says Levis Verde, Head of the teaching and research section of the municipal headquarters. The University Student Federation (FEU) of Medical Sciences during this month, rememorates transcendental events of the country’s history. Special connotation will have the anniversary of the Student's Day and November 27th. The University Bastion will be held on November 16th at the office of the Assembly of People's Power as part of their preparation for defense through the realization of theoretical and practical exercises such as cardio-pulmonary resuscitation activities and simulacrum of accidents.

Levis Verde states that they recognize the most outstanding and comprehensive students of medical, nursing and stomatology careers. She adds: ‘’the university students continue to be linked to the actions of the community’’.
