Towards Victory Always, Fidel!

Havana - The Revolution Square in the capital had been silent for days because of the passing of who was its best speaker, but this changed, as thousands of people came here to pay tribute to Fidel Castro.
From several countries and with different languages, they came here with a common idea: to verify the permanence in time of the historical leader of the Cuban Revolution, whose international legacy has been evidenced in the presence of personalities from all continents.
Nicaraguan President, Daniel Ortega, was among those who have come from afar to honor Fidel Castro last night. He assured the immortality of the Cuban leader, especially after finding hundreds of people in the auditorium who exclaimed to be Fidel.
The presidents of Venezuela, Ecuador, Bolivia, South Africa and Mexico also spoke at the tribune. They, instead of speaking in a traditional way, built a common image of Fidel Castro, a symbiosis among posters, photographs and the tears that ran down on some other face.
The silence was broken yesterday, the pain for the physical loss of the historical leader became an overflowing energy in everybody at the Revolution Square, many people were present in the emblematic site from some hours before the political act began.
Cheers, such as: I am Fidel; A united people will never be defeated; Hasta la Victoria Siempre, Commander, were also listened to. All of them were said as an expression of support for a country project outlined by the leader of all Cubans.
A little was missing for 11 p.m., it was the turn for Raul Castro, who was not there to say goodbye, or to cry, although the reasons existed.
His speech was the culmination of an idea, the leitmotif of this tribute to Fidel Castro: never a ‘goodbye', not even a ‘see you later'.
The best phrase, the most appropriate one to address Fidel Castro, could not be other than, Hasta la Victoria Siempre! (Towards Victory, Always!)
