HostelCuba Proposes Tourism Investment Forum

Havana - An investment forum stands out today among the proposals of the second day of HostelCuba, which includes intense agenda of private roundtable discussions and discussions among professionals.
HostelCuba International Hotel Business and Catering Fair is an event organized by FIRE Barcelona and Palco Business Group, which succeeded to triple the number of participants and increase the number of square meters contracted by exhibitors.
Exhibition of equipment and machinery for hotels and restaurants, the Gourmet Area with food and drinks, the Design and decoration and another of Hygiene and cleaning, will be carried out today.
Exhibition of showcooking, wine tastings, a presentation on water treatment, tasting of artisanal ice creams and the roundtable discussion 'Aluminum recycling solution' are among the attractions of the event.
The event has a professional nature and is aimed to foreign investors and companies to supply equipment, and services for hotel business and the tourist sector.
During the opening day yesterday, the fair surpassed expectations of its organizers. They considered that cooking demonstration live performed by national and international chefs and their subsequent tasting was one of the greatest attractions, as it was held for the first time on the island.
Opened on Tuesday in the presence of 20 countries, HostelCuba will be held until tomorrow, at Pabexpo fairground.
