A space to create

San Antonio de los Baños, Artemisa, Cuba - The Provincial Center of Visual Arts Eduardo Abela in San Antonio de los Baños, during the month of June encourages artistic creation through workshops of crafts and activities aimed at different population sectors.
With the aim of developing knowledge and craftsmanship, meetings are planned during the month, starting at eight in the morning. The art of creation through the technique of papier maché and gummed thread.
The Center develops this workshop to stimulate originality and creative sense from the knowledge of both techniques, which will allow them to make different pieces or objects generally decorative and artistic, using paper pulp and thread, even mixed with different types of substances. The Provincial Center of Visual Arts "Eduardo Abela" has planned the activity "Coloring Wings", to work with children in the identification of colors and geometric figures, through the exhibition displayed there.
Also the proposal "To make you happy" will be developed at the Grandparents Houses, including the making of a craft piece to exercise. The art always present to contribute to the quality of life of the elderly.
