Trying to erase the bad image of the last National Baseball Series, Artemisa's team "Los Cazadores" began training at the 26 de Julio Stadium.

Under the direction of Danny Valdespino Roque, ''Los Cazadores'' are preparing to take on their first big challenge before the Series, ''Copa Yadier Pedroso'', in its 5th edition; event that brings together the best teams from the west part of Cuba and of which they have not been champions, despite being the headquarter. They have reached the final twice and have lost, first against Industriales and then against Pinar del Rio.

This year the team will have Dariel Duque and Jorge Enrique Alomá. Together with them, the inclusion of Lázaro Hernández and Osmel Fraga are expected, who can reinforce Artemisa's offensive. The pitching of "Los Cazadores" is led by veteran Yulieski González and along with him Misael Villa, Geonel Gutiérrez, Michael Ortiz and Ricardo Martínez.

"Los Cazadores" are already training and have a renovation in the coaching staff with Roberto Zulueta, Armando Balaguer and Manuel Orlando Vigoa, technical head of baseball. Let's hope a good performance; at least, they train hard, eager to be better.
