Cubans remember Che Guevara on his birthday

The Sculptural Complex that bears the name of the Heroic Guerrilla in this city, will today be the venue of the main event of Villa Clara on the occasion of the 89th anniversary of his birth.
After the recent renovation of the statue, , witness to so many political and cultural events, wears its best galas to pay tribute to the legendary guerrilla.
From the Antonio Maceo park, who will also receive homage on this day for his 172nd birthday, pilgrimage will start in which students, workers and people in general will participate to show their support for the ideas for which both heroes of independence fought.
Throughout Cuba, in every school, workplace and institutions, ceremonies will take place to pay tribute to the two heroes that, coincidentally, share a date, and their love for Cuba.
