The zone of the harbor of Havana city will be more attractive with new recreational and cultural options, while the works to improve the waters´ quality are being increased.

According to the Cuban News Agency station, the incorporation of projects is being strengthened by the local Group for the Development of the Harbor of Havana city and other institutions in order to transform that spot into a main economic one of the province, along with the corresponding benefit that could generate to its inhabitants.

Among the projects in the short and long run, there is the cruiser activity, the carrying out of yacht races, the construction of recreational parks and other activities that would add value into the current operations about the leisure ships.
