Cuba Reaffirms Unconditional Solidarity with Venezuela

Pinar del Rio - Cuba reiterates its unconditional solidarity with Venezuela and calls for respect for the sovereignty and self-determination of that nation, stated Cuban Vice President José Ramón Machado Ventura.
During the speech for the National Rebellion Day in Cuba, he expressed: 'Those who try to give lessons of democracy and human rights from outside, must take their hands out of that nation, it is only up to Venezuela and its people, without Intrusion, in charge of giving a solution to their internal problems '.
He stressed that in recent weeks interference and destabilizing actions against Venezuela and the government of Nicolás Maduro increased, while dismissing the unconventional war that Venezuela's military civic union, resists which was joined by the threat of the United States of imposing economic sanctions.
Likewise, he considered despicable the action of the Secretary General of the Organization of American States, Luis Almagro when appearing before a committee of the US Senate in support of those sanctions a few days ago.
He also expressed the rejection of the rumors that points out Cuba as possible mediator in the internal conflict the South American nation lives.
