Cuba’s Vice President Ulises Rosales del Toro met Thursday afternoon in Havana with Hungary’s Foreign Affairs and Trade Minister, Peter Szijjartto who is on an official visit to the island.

Both coincided in their commitment to broaden the economic-commercial relations and the development of bilateral cooperation and discussed other issues related to the international scene.

The Hungarian delegation included the Sub Secretary of State, Szilveszter Bus; Ministerial Commissioner for the Caribbean Balazs Kohut; Hungary’s ambassador to Cuba Andras Drexler; and the Director of Eximbank Gergo Jakli among others.

For Cuba, the Director a.i of Europe and Canada, Alejandro Simancas and Cuba’s ambassador to Hungary Alicia Corredera, among other representatives from the Foreign Ministry.
