Literary work written by Sandalio Camblor, president of the Municipal Committee of the National Union of Writers and Artists of Cuba (UNEAC), dedicated to the seventh anniversary of the creation of the Province of Artemisa.

                                                                                  A 7-year-young girl

                                                                    I am a young girl of just 7 years old,
                                                                    in whom all have their eyes set.
                                                                    It's difficult, being so young
                                                                    become a mandatory reference

                                                                    I like to jump, eat, play hide and seek.
                                                                    But they are not game times,
                                                                    rather, they are times of change and hope.

                                                                    It is difficult to know that everyone expects from you; make no mistake.

                                                                    However, mistakes make us grow.
                                                                    Errors dignify us, when we learn from them.

                                                                     I am obliged to not hesitate, to do well,
                                                                     to run slowly, I have to get to adulthood
                                                                     to demonstrate in some way that the creator was not wrong.

                                                                     I am a young province of barely 7 years old,
                                                                     I aspire to die young, but as late as possible.
