Promises of Cuban Music at Josone Varadero Festival

Varadero, Cuba - Promises of Cuban music are included in the poster that announces today the Josone Varadero Jazz & Son Festival, the second day of the event that will run until July 15 at the well-known Cuban beach resort.
Among the most attractive offers of the day are the performances of pianist 'Cucurucho' Valdés and the singer Dayme Arocena, two artists who firmly insert themselves into the world jazz circuit.
Cuban salsa singer Isaac Delgado and Salvadorean romantic singer Alvaro Torres also appear on the night poster.
The delivery is completed by the rumba group Osain del Monte and other guests to the appointment, which has among its great stars Puerto Rican Gilberto Santa Rosa and Dominican Jose Alberto 'El Canario'.
For Cuba, pianist Ernan Lopez-Nussa, percussionist Horacio 'El Negro' Hernandez, El Santiaguero, and Cuban typical guitar Pancho Amat, among others, will also be on stage on the coming days.

The Los Cuenteros Puppet Theater Company celebrated its 50th anniversary this November 19 at the Museum of Humor, located in San Antonio de los Baños, with the exhibition ''Fifty years telling stories''. The exhibition shows photographs, puppets and costumes used by Los Cuenteros in various performances since 1969.
