Artemisa, Cuba - 65 years after the plea of self-defense, History Will Absolve Me, from the historical leader of the Cuban Revolution Fidel Castro, new public prosecutors from the provinces of Pinar del Río and Artemisa, took possession of their positions during a solemn ceremony.

In the Mausoleum to the Martyrs of Artemisa, more than 20 graduates of the law course, after signing the code of ethics of the General Attorney´s Office of the Republic of Cuba, were invested with the toga with which they will defend the interests of society.

After took possession as prosecutors, Ana Isabel Mayor and Heidi Amelia spoke on behalf of their colleagues, who, united by an ideal of fairness, represent a new generation of Cubans heirs of the legacy of José Martí, Fidel Castro and other heroes.

The new lawyers of Artemisa and Pinar del Río, paid tribute to the young person of Artemisa attackers to the Moncada and Carlos Manuel de Céspedes Garrisons, which today inspire prosecutors in their quest for social justice.
