Alquizar´s women present in FMC Congress

Artemisa, Cuba - Comply with all the tasks of the organization and go to all houses where there is a woman or a child who need support, are the main goals for Cuban Women Federation(FMC) in Alquizar , for the X Congress of the women's organization that, as expressed, must represent and defend the Cuban woman wherever she is.
Nancy Wong, secretary general of the FMC in Artemisa province, stated that the best way to encourage young women to join, is that they perceive a functional organization, able to change the environment, reaching every family where there is a problem and try to find a solution.
One hundred and Fifty years after the intonation of the Anthem of Bayamo, the meeting was the right moment for debate , where positive experiences of how federated women could change the panorama in their blocks and delegations, incorporating young women to study or work, or helping those who live complex situations as long as they see the effectiveness of an organization marked by the legacy of Vilma, a woman who they said, should be inspiration rather than example.
Train young leaders, encourage women to be member of the organization , offer courses according to the preferences of Alquizar ´s woman , and foster working partnerships with schools and political and mass organizations, at the same time to make a diagnosis that identifies the characteristics of the territory to set strategies for their solution, are urgent tasks of an organization that includes in the municipality to 93.1 percent of the 12 798 women over 14 years.
Ángela Díaz, member of the Provincial Party Bureau,talked about FMC ´s role in prevention, in partnership with the school, while delegate Magalis Soler explained how much the organization can do to insert young girls into school, help women to find employment, and decrease social indiscipline and crime.
Deysi Dominguez was ratified as secretary of the organization while the members of the Secretariat, and the Municipal Committee as well as delegates to the provincial meeting and the precandidates to delegates to the X Congress were presented.
There present in the meeting Delmis Millo, first secretary of the Municipal Party Committee; and Anisleydi Cuesta, official of the National Committee of FMC.
