La Caprichosa entity produces beyond setbacks

Artemisa, Cuba - The mini-industry in Alquizar township is not stopped: continue producing in La Caprichosa, despite obstacles to get labels for packaging, has been a constant challenge of its managers and workers to keep on producing without affecting the population.
"We had containers, but we had several problems with the labels for some products, the most demanded by the population, because the factory that supplies us, based in Boyeros, was inactive," says Daniel Orlando Macurán, the administrator.
"We produced other offers with the proper quality : ground garlic, marinade and other canned products . Cooperatives in the municipality and Acopio enterprise supply us day to day , now we mill guava from Héroes de Yaguajay Cooperative of Agriculture Production( CPA). We produce more or less depending on the climate or the crops , that is why we do not always have all products, but we have never stopped, "Daniel says.
Every day they elaborate about 700 kilograms hand-made and in the beneficiary machine up to two tons. As an alternative they also use plastic containers, and also use nylon. In these moments the meat department of MAE of the municipality is closed due to a refrigerator breakage; however, it will have solution very soon, according to Macurán.
"We sell our products in agricultural fairs and the market of the urban farm, to productive forms of the municipality that rent markets in the capital, and to companies such as the Agricultural in Güira, Tobacco company in San Antonio de los Baños and the National Enterprise of Refrigerators. "
