Artemisa, Cuba - On December 5 builders celebrate their day, and in the Construction and Assembly Company in Mariel about 4 thousand workers met to celebrate the national event.

This entity is worthy headquarters for the activities on this day, given the level of complexity and scope of the tasks that daily workers perform.

Chaired by the Commander of the Revolution Ramiro Valdés Menéndez, vice president of the Councils of State and Ministers, and authorities of the Ministry of Construction, the Party and the provincial government, several Base Units and outstanding workers were recognized during in this period.

On the other hand, special recognitions were granted to those who took part in the rebuilding Cayo Santa Maria María pedraplén, one of the main tourist poles of the country, affected by Hurricane Irma.

Once again, the builders of Mariel reaffirmed their commitment and dedication to this task and to the Revolution, and assured that they will follow the eternal example of the greatest builder: our Commander in Chief Fidel Castro, undisputed leader of the army of white helmets.
