Cuba to Respect Protocols of Dialogue between Colombian Gov't and ELN

Havana - Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez stated that Cuba will respect the Protocol of Dialogue and Peace that are being currently held between the Colombian Government and the National Liberation Army (ELN).
'#PazColombia @CubaMINREX will act in strict compliance with the Protocol of Dialogue and Peace signed by the Government and the ELN, including the Protocol in Case of Breaking off of Negotiation. This is in consultation with the Parties and other guarantors,' Rodriguez posted on his Twitter account.
'Cuba reiterates its condolences to Colombia,' the message of the head of Cuban diplomacy added.
An attack on the General Santander School was perpetrated on Thursday in Bogota, Colombia, where 21 people were killed, including the perpetrator.
Some 68 people were injured and they all are being treated in different health centers.
