Cuban Foreign Minister receives Qatari State Minister

Bruno Rodriguez, Cuba´s Minister of Foreign Affairs, received yesterday morning Dr. Hamad Bin Abdulaziz Al-Kawari, State Minister and Cultural Adviser to the Emir of Qatar.
In a cordial atmosphere, they reviewed the good state of bilateral relations and agreed on the will to continue strengthening the bonds of friendship and cooperation that unite both countries.
According to Cubaminrex digital site, they also exchanged on topics of interest of the international agenda.
The distinguished visitor was accompanied by Mr. Rashid Mairza Al-Mulla, Ambassador of Qatar in Havana, and other members of the delegation.
On the Cuban side there were present Hector Igarza Cabrera, director of North Africa and the Middle East division, and other officials of the Foreign Affairs Ministry.
Cuba and Qatar established diplomatic relations on December 13, 1989.
