Artemisa, Cuba - A workshop on the producer-exporter alliance takes place in Soroa in the municipality of Candelaria in the province of Artemisa, with the purpose of promoting the sale of fresh agricultural products produced in the fertile lands of our territory.

Artemisa, Cuba - Summer 2019 officially opened in Las Yagrumas hotel, of the Islazul Chain, in San Antonio de los Baños. The Summer Plan includes an extensive program of recreational socio-cultural and festive activities, where recreation is combined with gastronomic services, reflecting the traditional culinary potential for the enjoyment of the population.

Artemisa, Cuba - In a provincial ceremony held in the Mausoleum to the Martyrs of Artemisa in the morning hours of today were honored the public administration workers of the territory.

Small town, huge will. And I allow myself to modify the well-known saying, because Candelaria has the smallest number of inhabitants in the province: it barely exceeds 20,000; however, its inhabitants are surrounded by the satisfaction of conquering many achievements , such as the celebrations for July 26th in Artemisa.

"The people have received with joy the news about salary increase, and have shown once again full confidence in the direction of the Revolution, never far from worker´s situation . The State will always follow the path of facing the shortcomings of the population. Undoubtedly, salary is not enough , due, among other causes, to the economic blockade that increasingly raises the US government against Cuba. And we have not been able to organize the productive system to bring the people what they need. But everything has not to be asked of the Revolution, it is also to demand of ourselves. "

Artemisa, Cuba - Dr. MSc Saily Sosa Pérez received this year the recognition of Outstanding Clinical Researcher 2018, and the funding from the Molecular Immunology Center, belonging to BioCubaFarma for her participation in an academic training event outside the country sponsored by the Cuban Neuroscience Society  (SONECUB) of which she is a member since 1998.
