Ramiro Valdés attended celebrations in Artemisa
Artemisa, Cuba – The Commander of the Revolution Ramiro Valdés Menéndez, vice president of the Councils of State and Ministers attended the Mausoleum to the Martyrs of Artemisa where was in session, with solemn character, the Provincial Assembly of People's Power in commemoration of the fifth anniversary of the territory.

Prieto, former minister of Culture and currently serving as director of the Marti Program Office and president of the José Martí Cultural Society, was nominated for the post by Alpidio Alonso, current Culture Minister.
