Caracas-Venezuelan Vice President Tareck El Aissami today condemned the United States'' pretensions of destabilizing and attacking the Venezuelan people through a supposed coalition of Latin American governments.

Washington -U.S. President Donald Trump says he will "not rule out” a military option for Venezuela.  Speaking at the Trump National Golf Club in New Jersey on Friday, Trump said: “I’m not going to rule out a military option, we have many options for Venezuela.”

Meanwhile, the U.S. Department of Defense said it "has not received any orders with regards to Venezuela."  Pentagon spokesman Eric Pahon said: "The military conducts contingency planning for a variety of situations.  If called upon, we are prepared to support... government efforts to protect our national interests and safeguard U.S. citizens.”  

Earlier, Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro vowed to stand up to the United States for its “imperialistic behavior."  Speaking before a gathering of the National Constituent Assembly in Caracas on Thursday, Maduro said: “We will never cede to foreign powers,” adding that Donald Trump had to end his “imperialist aggression” toward Venezuela.

Caracas- A plan to attack Miraflores Palace (government headquarters) and the kidnapping of top Venezuelan officials was neutralized here by the Bolivarian National Intelligence Service (SEBIN).

Caracas-The President of the National Constituent Assembly (ANC), Delcy Rodríguez, rejected threats of the United States to attack Venezuela militarily and reasserted the support of Venezuelan people to President Nicolas Maduro.
