Roger Machado Best Manager of the Cuban Baseball Series
Havana - Manager Roger Machado, director of the Tigers of Ciego de Avila, was elected the best manager of the season in Cuba, according to a revealed today by the Cuban Baseball Federation (FCB) document.
Machado managed the Tigers, the team that got the crown girded at the 34th edition of the National Series, the elite Cuban baseball tournament, after winning in seven matches the final play off over Isla de la Juventud.

Bell, Jiménez, Manduley and Gurriel should join the club on upcoming May 9, in the middle of the preparation for the Canadian tournament,although they would arrive in the country two or three days before that date.

Cuban divers finish third in Grand Prix in Canada
The Cuban duo of José Antonio Guerra and Jeinkler Aguirre won the bronze medal in the synchronized platform during the final day of the third stop of the Gatineau Grand Prix, in Canada.
Guerra and Aguirre finished third with 419.76 points, only overcame by Canadian Vincent Riendeau and Philippe Gagne (426.66 points) and Chinese Huang Bowen and Anqi Wang (420.39 points), gold and silver medalists, respectively.
