The International Telecommunications Union (ITU) issued its World Cybersecurity Index at the end of 2018 where Cuba was ranked 81st in the world ranking, and is thus categorized among the countries with an average level of cyber security.

Buenos Aires -  A cargo with donations of medicines, clothes and food provided by Cuban residents in Argentina and the solidarity group of this country with the island left Buenos Aires on Monday for Havana.
