Raul Castro Meets Salvadorian President
Havana - Cuban President, Raul Castro, met with his Salvadoran peer, Salvador Sanchez Ceren, occasion in which the two statesmen verified with satisfaction the good progress of bilateral relations.
According to Granma newspaper, during the meeting yesterday afternoon, the statesmen also discussed the prospects of expanding cooperation.
Decrease the number of accidents in Artemisa
Artemisa, Cuba - In the first six months of the year the province of Artemisa reports the occurrence of 184 traffic accidents, 19 less than the same period last year.
The decrease in the accident rate in the territory is due to the increase of the vigilance and patrolling of the agents of the National Revolutionary Police, with emphasis on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Latin American and Caribbean Brigade Ends Visit to Cuba
The 22nd Latin American and Caribbean Brigade will conclude its visit to Cuba on August 7, after intense days of exchanges with social and productive sectors, which began on July 22 in several of the country’s provinces.
