FIFA Ethics Committee Absolves Russia and Qatar
Berne - The ethics committee of the FIFA ruled today that violations have occurred in the process of election of the host countries of the World Russia-2018 and Qatar-2022.
The world soccer governing body welcomed the decision taken by the committee and adjourned the inquiry into the controversial process.
