Fidel Castro's Ideas to Strengthen Struggles in Latin America
La Paz - The ideas of the historical leader of the Cuban Revolution, Fidel Castro, will remain intact and will strengthen the struggles in Latin America, Ecuador's ambassador to Bolivia, Ricardo Ulcuango, said.
Fidel, again in Artemisa
Artemisa, Cuba – The people of Artemisa recalled this January 17 the triumphal entry of the Commander-in-Chief Fidel Castro Ruz to the province in the Caravan of Freedom 58 years ago.
Children and young people dressed in olive green reedited the route of the historic event along the central road. In the municipality of Guanajay the people brought together in front of the social society entity of the town, where Fidel promised those gathered that day that justice would be done before the abuses committed by representatives of the Batista regime.
Then the multicolored caravan with Cuban flags and also flags of the July 26 movement, went to the historical piece of the Mariel - Majana defense zone and from there moved to the Liberty Park of the capital city of Artemisa, headed by the member of the Central Committee and first Secretary of the Cuban Communist Party in the province José Antonio Valeriano Fariñas and other leaders; place where Fidel pronounced the historic phrase.... "Artemisa deserves to be called the most revolutionary people of Cuba."
José Carlos Martínez, first secretary of the UJC in the territory, ratified the will of the new generations to support the Cuban political system and Fidel's legacy, as the only way to build the society that we hope in the future.
